What do I get without paying?
The ATS check, in full, without an account. With a free account you also get matching with a daily cap on searches, so you can see the quality of the matches before deciding anything.
Is there a trial on the paid plans?
Seven days. You are not charged until it ends, and cancelling inside those seven days costs nothing.
Can I change plan later?
At any time, from your account settings. An upgrade takes effect immediately; a downgrade takes effect when the period you have already paid for runs out.
How does the thirty-day guarantee work?
If you are not satisfied within thirty days of subscribing, contact support and we refund the payment in full.
Which payment methods do you take?
Visa, Mastercard and American Express, through Stripe. We never see or store your card details.
What happens to my CV and my data?
It stays yours. It is stored securely under GDPR, never sold, and used only to run your search. Delete your account and it goes with it.
