We're here to make job hunting fair again
Our story
We kept seeing the same pattern.
Talented people putting enormous effort into job searching — and getting very little in return. Applications disappearing into silence. Roles that look promising but lead nowhere. People settling for less, not because they lack skills, but because the process is broken. We're changing that.
The effort rarely matches the outcome.
Job hunting has become a numbers game: apply more, try harder, hope something sticks. But more applications don't mean better opportunities — they usually mean more exhaustion. So we asked a simple question: What if job hunting felt fair instead of draining?
TalentAid was built from that moment.
We use transparent AI and human-centered design to shift the focus from volume to meaning — helping people find roles that genuinely fit who they are and where they want to go. Because finding a job shouldn't feel like a second job.
What we believe
Fairness over volume
The job market rewards scale, not people. We believe fewer, more relevant opportunities lead to better outcomes than endless applications.
Transparency builds trust
You deserve to know why a role is a good match - or why it isn't. That's why we avoid black-box decisions and explain how matches are made.
People are not keywords
Careers aren't linear, and talent can't be reduced to checklists. We design for real experience - not just what an ATS can read.
You stay in control
We support and guide - but every decision is yours. No auto-applying behind your back. No pressure to apply everywhere.
Progress without burnout
Job searching is hard enough. We believe tools should reduce stress, not add to it.
Our commitment beyond hiring
Building a better job market also means taking responsibility for the world we live in. That's why TalentAid supports reforestation through the Treedom initiative, planting trees that support local communities and contribute to long-term environmental impact. It's a small step — but one we're committed to taking. As TalentAid grows, so will our contribution to meaningful climate action.

Jolanta
Over a decade designing SaaS products: usability testing tools, no-code, sales software, and AI. Seed-stage scrappiness and bigger-company scale. I joined TalentAid because almost no one builds tools for the person actually doing the job search. Most products push you to apply to more jobs, faster. The rest are built for recruiters. We're going the other way: fewer applications, better ones, on your side. Off the clock: sport, and a slightly unreasonable number of DIY projects.

Michael
Michael began his career at the University of Oxford studying animal welfare, before deciding the humans around him could use a bit of help too. He swapped the lab coat for a code editor, and now builds software that makes job hunting feel less like being herded through a maze for a food pellet, and more like having a mate who knows exactly what you need.
