Each morning brings a fresh set of jobs matched from your profile. Go through them one at a time: shortlist what looks right, skip what doesn't. When you want to look wider, search the whole market in your own words. Every result is read against your CV, so the tiers always mean the same thing.

Open a match and get the post in 40 seconds: pay, work mode, contract, and working language, with a plain note when the employer left something out. Then the deep read: every requirement next to your CV, marked as met, fixable by wording, or a real gap. We add nothing to the post, and we say so when something can't be checked.

When a gap is just wording, one click rewrites your CV for that job, and you approve every line before it saves. Add a cover letter drawn from the actual post. Then practise the interview with a mock interviewer tuned to the role, with written feedback at the end, not a score.
