Soft Skills
Definition
Soft skills are the interpersonal and behavioural traits that shape how you work with others, such as communication, teamwork, adaptability, and problem-solving. They are harder to measure than technical abilities but increasingly decisive in hiring, because employers want people who collaborate well and handle change. The strongest CVs demonstrate soft skills through concrete examples rather than simply listing them.

Rather than claiming "great communicator," she described presenting quarterly results to the company board.
