Quantifiable Achievements

Definition

Quantifiable achievements are accomplishments expressed with numbers, such as revenue grown, costs saved, time reduced, or team sizes led. They turn vague claims into credible evidence of impact and help recruiters compare candidates objectively. Wherever possible, attach a figure, percentage, or timeframe to your CV bullet points, because measurable results are far more persuasive than general descriptions of duties.

Usage Example

Instead of "improved sales," she wrote "grew regional sales by 18 percent in twelve months."
