Definition

Onboarding is the process of integrating a new employee into a company, covering paperwork, training, introductions, and learning the tools and culture. A good onboarding experience helps you become productive quickly and feel part of the team. As a new hire, engaging actively, asking questions, and meeting colleagues early sets the tone for a strong start in your role.
